    Protocol Training and Implementaion

  • Many organizations are not prepared to effectively manage a critical incident in the workplace, and its personnel receive little formal training or preparation to appropriately respond to a tragic event. Training managers, supervisors, employee assistance staff, and other key personnel to implement a CISM response process, is an important element in a well-developed organizational protocol.
