The
Trauma Care Network (TCN) is a leading provider of trauma response
services throughout Ontario. The organization was established
in 1996 by Fiona Gilligan, MSW, RSW and its head office is located in Ottawa, Ontario.
There is a core staff based at its headquarters, and over
125 Trauma clinicians Canada-wide.
TCN plays
a crucial role in business continuity by focusing on all aspects
of Trauma Response Services: prevention, intervention and
the aftermath. TCN works with organizations, to develop effective
emergency preparedness protocols, workplace violence / harassment
prevention and intervention programs, and Critical Incident
Response training (Clinical and Peer Based).
Our Trauma
Clinicians work with small, medium and large-scale traumas
and our services include one-to-one counselling as well as
group interventions and debriefings.

Management (CISM): Creating Excellence in Practice
Guidelines" training program. TCN's CISM training
is recognized by the Association of Traumatic Stress Specialists
(ATSS) and qualifies as credit toward ATSS certified designations.
